The Culloden Ceilidh band with their leader Alison Mc Kenzie have made
two visits to ITMP events. The first visit in 2009 was after our
Saturday workshops. It was great treat to hear the group perform.
In 2010 the Culloden Ceilidh Band performed in concert with ITMP
musicians. The highlight of the evening was a performance of both
groups of music they had exchanged from their areas. The Culloden
Ceilidh Band have since recorded two Inishowen tunes, The Inishowen
Waltz composed by Dinny Mc laughlin and Paddy Byrne’s barndance
composed by Paddy Byrne.
